Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

This is a voluntary policy on top of your legal rights. It does not depend on how much you used the site.

Write to [email protected] from the email you used to buy, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are made by Paddle to the original payment method.

Your access ends as soon as the refund is processed. Your practice history stays in your account until you delete it.

Refunds depend only on the 14-day period, never on whether you pass the real test. Your result there depends on you and on the official test.
