PrepCivic is an independent practice website. We are not the government and are not affiliated with any official body. We do not book tests and we do not give immigration advice.

Full access to one test (for example, the Life in the UK test) includes unlimited timed practice tests, practice by topic, review of your mistakes and every explanation, for 90 days from the day your payment is confirmed. Buying again while your access is active adds 90 days to the end date.

Access is personal. You may not copy, resell or publish the questions or explanations.

Prices are shown with tax included before you pay. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the reseller (Merchant of Record) and handles tax and the receipt. Their terms also apply to the payment.

By law you can usually cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. Because access starts straight away, at checkout we ask you to agree that access begins immediately and to confirm that you understand you lose that legal right to cancel once you start using it.

Separately, we offer a voluntary refund policy (see Refunds), so you can still ask for a full refund within 14 days.

Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. A refund ends your access straight away. Details on the Refunds page.

Practice tests help you prepare, but your result here does not guarantee the result of the real test. The official study guide takes precedence over our explanations.

When we show questions published by a government, we show their source and licence next to them. Our own questions and explanations belong to us.

We check every question by hand, but mistakes can happen. Write to [email protected]; we correct confirmed mistakes within 48 hours.

We may suspend access used to copy the question bank, share an account or attack the site. We refund the unused period unless the use was fraudulent.

We are responsible for providing the service as described. We are not responsible for decisions taken by authorities on your application. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

These terms follow the consumer law of the country where you live, and the terms of Paddle for the payment. If there is a dispute, you can use the courts of your country of residence.

If we change these terms, the new version applies to new purchases. The version you accepted is stored with your order. Current version: 2026-10-25.
